Back in America

Well I'm back from Italy. It was a wonderful time as always. It was definitely interesting to taste things there with this blog in mind. I think the U.S. really has come a long way in improving food quality. I used to go there and be blown away by how much better things tasted, but now that is becoming less and less the case.
